Where do I get a Transfer Station card?

You may visit the Township Office at 701 Highway 124 to recieve a card or call (705) 389-2842 Ext 1.

If you have visitors or renters, please leave a card for them to use at the landfill site and make them aware of the transfer site hours of operation.

Where do I pick up a blue box?

You may pick up a blue box from the Township Office at 701 Highway 124 for a fee of $5.00 each.

Where is the Waste Transfer Site located?

From Highway 124 - McKellar - Centre Road to Lee's Road.

From Highway 124 - Waubamik - Hurdville Road to Centre Road - Turn left and follow to Lee's Road.

From McDougall Road - Turn right onto Hurdville Road to Centre Road - Turn left and follow to Lee's Road.

Where is the Household Hazarous Waste Depot located and what are the hours?

The Household Hazardous Waste Depot is located at 57 McFarlane Street in the Town of Parry Sound and proof of residency (dump card) will be required.

How do I discourage wildlife from turning waste into litter?

Invest in metal bins, wooden box, plastic or metal gargbage container

Keep garbage containers clean

Do not put meat, fish or sweet food in your composter.

Do not leave pet food outside.

Fill bird feeds only in the winter months.
